Hon Suwaibou Touray of Wuli East today paid a surprise visit to Baja Kunda fire and rescue station in the morning. He was welcomed by the Assistant Divisional Fire Officer Essa Nyabally and men. ADFO Nyabally briefly introduced him to his men and vis-a-vis.
However, after the introduction. ADFO Nyabally pointed out certain constraints faced by the staff in performing their duties. Amongst them are:
1. Lack of hydrant
2. Fire engine 🚒
3. Weak batteries for solar panels
4. Centrifugal pump.
Hon Touray later visited the paramedic unit. Stn.o Gitteh also pointed out his constraints.
1. Lack of storage facilities for drugs.
2. Air conditioner
3. Cycling fan.
Hon Suwaibou, thank the entire station for their relentless efforts. According to him, he was surprised about the existence of medical facilities in the station. He expressed his happiness about such initiatives.
